Inspired by Ken Robinson’s conception of creative leadership, I believe that teachers are responsible not only for awakening their students’ intellectual power but also for creating strong learners and innovative leaders. To reflect this, in my pedagogy I cultivate critical thinking in students by helping them achieve a holistic understanding that crosses disciplinary boundaries. As I teach, I seek to foster transdisciplinary critical thinking in students by pairing active and collaborative problem solving with effective feedback.
